These Terms & Conditions govern your use of d baje and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and d baje. By creating an account or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
d baje is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, play, or withdraw. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at account creation and withdrawal stages.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on d baje. Duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated bots or scripts, or exploitation of software errors is strictly forbidden. d baje reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently ban accounts found in violation of fair play standards.
Withdrawal requests are processed promptly, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. d baje does not impose arbitrary delays. Standard mobile banking withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval.

Acceptance of Terms

d baje reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the d baje platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions — in whole or in part — your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the d baje platform immediately and to request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on d baje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

In the event that a player is found to be under the age of 18, all funds deposited will be refunded to the payment method used and any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be voided and forfeited.
Account Registration and Security
To access the real-money features of d baje — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in any game or betting market — you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify d baje immediately at [email protected]. d baje will take prompt action to secure the account, including temporary suspension while the matter is investigated. d baje cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has delayed in reporting a suspected breach.
d baje employs one-time password (OTP) verification for new device logins and 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and d baje servers. These security measures are provided as a safeguard; they do not replace your personal responsibility to keep your account credentials secure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
d baje supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the d baje payments team. Standard mobile banking withdrawals are typically completed within 0 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. d baje does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account registered in the same name as the d baje account. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. d baje reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your national ID and proof of the payment method — before processing any withdrawal.
All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using funds that belong solely to the registered account holder. The use of third-party payment methods or funds not belonging to the account holder is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
d baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL.
All bonuses are subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions, which are made available at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one registered account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

- d baje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
- Where a player is found to be exploiting a bonus offer — through arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — d baje reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Free spins, where offered, are valid on the specific game or games stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement before withdrawal.
The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a stated amount per the promotion terms. Any winnings above this cap accrued solely from bonus funds (as opposed to real-money funds) may not be withdrawable. These limits are always stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using d baje, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; impersonating another person; using another person's payment method without their consent.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to participate in any game, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer table games, and card games.
- Money Laundering: Using d baje to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. d baje complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical malfunction, software error, or system glitch to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been possible. Any winnings obtained through an error are void and must be returned to d baje.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting d baje's internal dispute resolution process. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
Account Closure and Suspension
You may request to close your d baje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, d baje will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.
d baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by d baje.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Failure to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. d baje will notify the account holder by email before any dormancy fee or closure is applied.
- A court order, regulator instruction, or other lawful direction requiring account closure or asset freeze.
Where an account is closed by d baje due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, d baje is not obligated to provide a reason for the closure beyond citing the relevant breach. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure for breach will be subject to a compliance review before release; d baje reserves the right to withhold such funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or financial crime.

Limitation of Liability
d baje provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While d baje takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d baje's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
d baje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever caused. This limitation applies even if d baje has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
d baje is not liable for losses arising from:
- Internet connectivity failures or network outages on the player's side.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, or power failures.
- Third-party payment processing errors or delays outside d baje's direct control.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
- Any action taken by d baje in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit d baje's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
